Specifications:
The J902FC jib crane is a mast type full cantilever 360 degree rotation unit, with top and bottom pivot brackets for mounting to floor and overhead support. The jib crane is a wide flange beam, sized for minimum deflection, rigidly connected by a wide flange upright mast section by means of heavy plate and high strength bolts.
Since the J902FC jib crane is fastened to floor and ceiling, it does not require the large foundation needed for self-supporting jib crane, which greatly reduces cost of installation. In many instances, the customer finds they can eliminate the necessity of breaking out a section of floor and pouring a foundation, simply by fastening the top pivot to an overhead roof beam or truss, a heavy top running runway girder, or bracketing out from the building column.
The top pivot is loaded with self-aligning ball bushing coated with moly-coating dry film lubricant, arranged with lube fitting for future field lubrication. Bottom pivot has oilite bronze bushing with thrust washer.
The model J902FC gives a combination of high hook lift and close approach to the mast, which makes it ideal for low headroom conditions. It is available as standard from 500 lbs to 10,000 lbs capacity and in spans from 8′-0″ to 20′-0″, and overall heights from 8′-0″ to 20′-0″.
